Coney Island, NY - After hearing Charles Barron explain his proven history of advocating for rights of working people and opposing cuts to Senior Citizen services, many residents in Coney Island have shifted their support to Charles Barron who is campaigning to become the new U.S. Congressman for the 8th District in Brooklyn. “He has always stood up to make sure union workers and retired peoples’ rights are fairly negotiated as a city councilman and I think he will be even stronger to help us as Congressman.” said a supporter, who wished not to be named.
